These terms apply when you play Aquarium Wonder. By playing, you accept them.

Who you agree with

The game is provided by OmHuman AB ("OmHuman", "we", "us"), Brunnsgatan 3 b, 611 32 Nyköping, Sweden, organisation number 559585-3424.

If you got the game from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Aquarium Wonder on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment and not for commercial use. The game, its levels, art, music and characters belong to OmHuman or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, rent or modify the game, or take it apart to get at its code, except where the law allows it.

Buying things in the game

If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you buy anything. Prices are shown in the store before you buy, and payment is handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

Hints and other items in the game are part of your licence to play. They have no value outside the game and can't be exchanged for money or moved to another player. Bought hints are delivered as soon as the purchase is complete and are saved on your device, so deleting the game also deletes hints you haven't used.

If you live in the EU, you agree that hints are delivered right away when you buy them, and that you therefore lose the right to withdraw from the purchase once they have been delivered.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. You can ask for one in the App Store or on Google Play.

Aquarium Club

Aquarium Club is an optional weekly or monthly subscription. Its benefits and price are shown in the game before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.

• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the game doesn't cancel it.
• After you cancel, the benefits last until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If we change the price, the store tells you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
• On a new device, tap Restore purchases in the game's shop to get your membership back.

Ads

The free game shows ads, and some ads are videos you can choose to watch for a reward. Aquarium Club members don't see ads.

Playing fair

Please don't use cheats, hacks or modified versions of the game, and don't try to get items without paying for them. If you do, we may remove those items.

Changes to the game

We keep improving Aquarium Wonder, so levels, features and items can change over time. We may also stop offering the game. If we do, we'll tell you in the game in advance when we can, and active Aquarium Club subscriptions won't renew.

Our responsibility

We work hard to make the game run well, but we can't promise that it will always be free of errors or available on every device. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost data or lost time. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms. If you live in another country, its mandatory consumer law also protects you. If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll try to solve it. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters for you, we'll also tell you in the game before it applies.
